Pre Wedding Shoot at Blakelands, Shropshire.

Earlier this week I met up with Clare and Mark at the Blakelands Hotel in Shropshire for a quick 'Pre Wedding' photoshoot. They are getting married at Blakelands next weekend and as we haven't met since they kindly asked me to photograph their wedding day nearly a year ago, it was really great to catch up.

I've mentioned many times that these 'pre wedding shoots' are great for folks who are maybe a little uncertain/uncomfortable about being photographed, but they are also great for me to. As I have already mentioned, I hadn't seen Clare and Mark for nearly a year so it was great to see them again.... and hopefully I will feel less of a stranger to them now! I am really looking forward to their wedding day... they are such a lovely couple.

Our shoot was a lot of fun... but it nearly didn't happen. Clare dropped me a line a couple of hours before we were due to meet to ask if we should reschedule as the weather wasn't looking to great. However, we decided to go ahead and I am so pleased we did. We were treated to that amazing light that only comes when the sun burns through storm clouds in the evening... something that makes me very happy!

Anyway, here are a few of their 'pre wedding' photos. The wedding is next weekend and it is going to be fantastic. They are so lovely, their venue is gorgeous and I also get to see my awesome friend Michelle G to as she is Clares Make Up Artist for the day :-)
