Wedding Photography in Worcestershire. Tom and Claires fun filled festival wedding day on the Farm.
I haven’t blogged much this year… possibly due to actually being out taking photographs… possibly due to laziness. What this does mean is that I have a lot of weddings to share over the ‘quieter’ months (whatever quiet months means).
First up is Tom and Claires festival themed wedding day on Claire’s family farm in Hanley Childe, Worcestershire in July.
The day dawned a little overcast and more or less stayed that way throughout with the Sun making the odd appearance now and again. Not the ideal weather for a rural wedding in a field.
And then (of course) it started to. rain… and rain… and rain.
I ended the day with the soggiest shoes I have ever experienced. It was horrible!
However, the weather didn’t dampen sprits… not even slightly.
A beautiful ceremony in a very humid Hanley Childe Church (glasses+camera lenses+humidity=interesting) was followed by a quick walk to the farm for an afternoon of fun.
Loads of cakes, farm and travel themed games, a ‘Traitors’ themed quiz led by a Groomsman in a Claudia Winkleman wig (which I carried around all day in my camera bag… a first) and guest DJ’s all evening… it was sensational.
Thank you so much to Tom and Claire for asking me to be a part of your day. I know they spent a lot of time deciding on a photographer and I so pleased they chose me!
Here are a handful of their wedding photographs!
