Next weekend I will be back at Lemore Manor in Herefordshire to photograph Ian and Janes wedding and a little earlier this year I had the huge pleasure to shoot Kirsty and Chris’s day there as well (more of that to come in a month or two). It is always lovely to head back to venues you know well and I am not sure if I know anywhere better that Lemore Manor.
In August I visited to shoot Adam and Steph wedding day… and what a day it turned out to be. With lots of laughter, a fair amount of heckling from the Groomsmen, a Lamborghini that I swear we could hear approaching from a couple of miles away, a cracking magician, awesome pianist and (very briefly) lovely weather…. it was a great day to be a part of.
It was also really good to catch up with Libby Blunt again (a very talented and hard working videographer) as well as Margaret, Jessica and everyone else at Lemore.

I have photographed many different types of wedding transport. Buses, vintage cars, horses and carriages… but nothing that come close to this.
I couldn’t tell you what it is (other than a Lamborghini) but I can tell you it was ridiculously loud and not something you would catch me driving in a million years… I have a lead foot and getting behind the wheel of this would be a recipe for all sorts of problems.

I’m really proud of the images from this wedding and this might be one of my favourites of the year…. I love the light, the composition and the moment…..
When we were able to get outside to take few photographs in the evening Steph decided her dress (or at least part of it) had to go… so naturally, it did!
