Six weeks ago, I drove up to Powys in Mid Wales to photograph Rollo and Clares wedding at Bryngwyn hall and what a day it turned out to be. We were treated to a day of stunning weather.... (yes, I said it... the sun shone!) at a truly gorgeous and special venue (only a handful of weddings are held at Bryngwyn Hall each year). It also didn't hurt that Rollo and Clare were wonderful to work for.

One of the many many things I liked about shooting at Bryngwyn Hall is the quality of the indoor space and light in the main house. It was a real delight to work in such beautiful surroundings without feeling I was on top of the people I was photographing.

Rollo and Clare put a great deal of effort into the decor throughout their wedding venue, but especially within the Marquee within which their wedding breakfast was held. The decor was themed after Clares love of Bees and looked AMAZING!
All that excitement was just to much for some!

The evenings entertainment centred upon a Ceilidh... which any photographer will tell are a 'challenge' to photograph. People not knowing what they are doing, limbs flying everywhere... very tricky. BUT... they are so much fun!
Thank you so much to Rollo and Clare for being awesome, their guests for being so easy going and all the staff at BrynGwyn Hall for making my day so enjoyable.
