Pre Wedding shoots are great for me... they help me get to know the people I am working for.... to establish a rapport and they (hopefully) help to reassure my clients that being photographed on their wedding day will be an enjoyable experience rather than something that they may not be looking forward to.

Yesterdays shoot with Faye and Elliot didn't start off so well though. We were planning on shooting at a local stately home and garden but neglected to check it's opening hours... and of course it was closed for the day. This led to much embarrassment and 15 minutes of hectic driving around trying to find somewhere else to shoot (many apologies to the homeowner whose drive we U-turned in.... thanks for not chasing us off with a shotgun!).

Anyway, we did finally find a spot to park up and then spent a lovely hour in the grounds of Coughton Court. Faye and Elliot were with their wonderful daughter Melody and our Pre Wedding shoot quickly turned into a Family shoot... something I don't really do much of but will now look to do again and again... I had so much fun. I should also say a big thank you to Fayes bridesmaid Lauren who came along and looked after Melody whilst we shot.
